ANNUAL / PERIODICAL VALUATIONS

Perhaps one of the most common types of stocktaking service, this count will provide a summary of the stockholding by commodity group, shown in currency value. ASSET INVENTORIES

This is a home or business service providing a comprehensive photographed, documented and printed record of the physical and/or financial plant, equipment or assets contained within a location. The inventory list can be supplied as a computer file as well as hard copy. Often a "fixtures & fittings" inventory is required on taking over a lease or tenancy. Always showing the quantity, the listing provided can be priced/valued or can contain additional information such as location, description or any readily available data. If the customer's stock is fully bar coded, the items may be scanned using our client's equipment. LETTING AGENCY INVENTORIES
